How to whisk and prepare the tasty matcha

 

The Items should be prepared

 Teacup, Cup for cooling hot water ,Tea strainer, Tea whisk (chasen), Matcha, Teaspoon

 

Steps

1.       Prepare hot water (100ml) at around 80 degrees.

Please mention the temperature could not be too high.


 

2.       Take matcha to a tea strainer and sift matcha into a teacup with a spoon.

1~2g for one person one time.

3.       Pour the hot water from the cooling cup to the teacup.

Whisk the matcha in an "M" motion until it becomes foamy.
